At River Park Leisure Centre

Club membership is for the over 50s and places the emphasis on keeping fit through playing sport for fun. Members are encouraged to join in any of the wide range of activities whether they are experts or beginners. The centre runs a buddies scheme and may be able to help those with physical or visual impairments to take part in activities.

The Club meets at the Leisure Centre from 10 am until 2 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Some activities, such as Bowls, may occur at a different time and location. Members can also use the Leisure Centre caféteria where they enjoy a discount on beverages (your membership card must be shown before ordering). To find out more about what we do then click on the Activities tab above.

Membership is open to anyone who meets the minimum age qualification. Although most members are from the Winchester and central Hampshire area there is no residential qualification.

It costs just £5 a year to join plus a small fee payable to the Leisure Centre each time you attend (the attendance fee is £3.30 from 1st April 2018).

It is also possible to attend as a guest provided you are introduced by a current member.

If you wish to have a taster session then please come to the reception desk on Tuesday or Thursday between 10:00am and 10:30am and ask for a committee member to show you around or sign you in as a guest.
