T’ai Chi is an ancient meditative form of exercises that began in China as a martial art. It has developed over the centuries and is practised worldwide. It is easily recognised by its graceful and captivating movements.
T’ai Chi will help to improve physical fitness and energy. It also helps with balance and co-ordination and helps relaxation.
At present we are working with qualified teachers on the old style Chen Form.

Classes will take place weekly up to and including Thursday 19th December.
Because of the general Election on 12th December there may need to be changes made to the normal schedule; these will be advised as soon as possible.
